I had always wanted a Purebred Oberhasli... I guess I spoke a little too loudly as Wave came to join our farm early in 2002!  Thank you Ann Engle of Gretchenhof for allowing me to purchase my first ever Purebred!

Although a bit short in stature, this slow maturing doe is aging like a fine wine. Her linear score increased dramatically this past year as she is filling into her body and milking extremely well. I look forward to being able to finish her.

In May 2004,  revisiting the Blandford ADGA show, Wave was the GCH and BOB doe in the Oberhasli Show.  She was the GCH and BOB in NH in 2005 however we were 1 doe short to be official. Wave was also RCH at Blandford in 2005.

Wave was AI'ed to +*B Sunlyn's Irish Rogue for April 1st Kids!  1 buck has been reserved.

UPDATE:  Wave kidded 4-4-06 with twin does from the AI.  "W10" light/medium bay, "W11" dark/medium bay -this doe may be polled, have to give her a week's time to grow and show!  1 Doe kid available for sale, please contact us.  Wave is milking well so far, and we look forward to getting her out to finish her, and also get on milk test if I can pull teeth on a few volunteers.
